Places are limited for everyone’s enjoyment. So do call/email asap to confirm you have processed your booking as soon as it is done.
We can hold the date(s) for a couple of days only once you decide to join us– it would be very helpful if you can confirm that your booking form and payment is in the post – please email to confirm when you send these to me.
A deposit is payable immediately and the balance due date will be advised, although you are welcome to send the full amount for the whole balance for convenience if you wish. Please send deposit/balance payment with booking form completed to NEW registered address below, to the value of £TBC depending on early booking/number of people (discount for 2 or more) /single supplements/no of nights required to ensure availability on your preferred dates. You can add any required extra nights’ accommodation (this has to be booked in advance by us) or single supplement –please ask for cost - to your payment.
To reserve a place on one of our holidays, you...
1. Fill in our booking form and post it to us along with your deposit
2. Send us an email with the basic details of your booking with course title in header (Nr. of places booked, your name and contact details, how you have paid, amount and your reference)
This helps us to track bookings efficiently, and ensures that any delays with the post do not affect you. Also, places are limited for everyone’s enjoyment and are sometimes booked up quite quickly, so an email helps you to secure a place on the course. We can hold the date(s) for a couple of days only once you decide to join us.

Full balance due if booking less than 10 weeks before the course. Please send deposit/balance payment with booking form completed to registered address Mayfaire, Salad Valley, Nr Stroud, GL6 7QD to ensure availability on your preferred dates. For Spain and the Wye you can add any required extra nights’ accommodation (this has to be booked in advance by us) and for all trips you can add a single supplement (please see course booking box on relevant page for cost) to your payment.
How to make Your Payment
By Cheque
Cheques to be made out to Angling Travel Ltd. Your contract is with Angling Travel Ltd for all events whichever method of payment is used. If you are paying a deposit, you can also enclose a postdated cheque for the balance for your convenience. Please remember to include your name and address/telephone number with any postal booking payments - some people have been so keen to book that they forgot those little details!
By PayPal online transaction
We offer the option to pay DEPOSITS ONLY through PayPal, (not full balances unless you add the 4% paypal fee to your payment. ) – Paypal incurs a 4% transaction fee for us. Go to PayPal Please send us an email to confirm it’s done, as in How to Book pt. 2. point 2 above
By Electronic Bank Transfer
For convenience and speed, to guarantee your place, we would prefer you use the free of charge (from UK) electronic bank transfer. It can be done usually by phone to your bank, or at the branch, or for some banks through your internet account website. Just give them all details, with your name as reference on payment:
